The 98th Jones Engineering Dublin City Liffey Swim

The 98th Dublin City Liffey Swim organised by the Leinster Open Sea and sponsored by Jones Engineering and Dublin City Council took place on Saturday, 9th September 2017.

This year’s men and women's swim of 2.2 kilometres starts at Rory O’Moore Bridge (beside the Guinness Brewery) and finishes at North Wall Quay in front of the Customs House.

Swimmers were assigned a time handicap depending on their level of proficiency.

Results of the Men’s Event which started at 1.30pm as follows:
Winner -  Colin Monaghan, Dublin Swimming Club, 36 mins, handicap 30 seconds

Results of the today's Women’s Event as follows:
Winner -  Anne Marie Bourke, Dublin SC, time 33 mins 48 sec. Handicap 2 mins.
