How and when you pay your bill depends on how your charges are calculated.

When to pay your bill

For Customers on Metered Consumption Charges

You are billed according to a schedule based on your levels of consumption:

  • Monthly bills: This applies to high-consumption customers.
  • Quarterly bills: This applies to medium-consumption customers.
  • Half-yearly bills: This applies to low-consumption customers.

All meter readings are made automatically. You can also request to have your meter read at any stage. To request a meter reading, please contact us at the address below.

For Customers on the Fixed Charge

A fixed charge bill is sent to you each year.

This bill must be paid in 2 equal instalments on April 1st  and October 1st  each year.

What to do if you have difficulty paying your bill

If you have difficulty paying your water bill, please contact us as soon as possible. We can then discuss how to resolve the situation in a mutually agreeable fashion.

Disconnection for Non-Payment

You will be disconnected if you consistently fail to pay your water charges.

This is an expensive option for you and us, and will only be taken as a last resort. As such, please contact us at the address below if you have any difficulty paying your bill.
