National Conservation Grant Scheme

Please note that the National Conservation Grant Scheme is currently paused. This is due to a significant reduction in the budgetary allocation to the built heritage section within the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht.

The Conservation Office administers the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht’s National Conservation Grant Scheme in respect of protected structures included in Dublin City Council’s Record of Protected Structures. The scheme provides assistance for appropriate conservation work to eligible structures. The closing date for grant applications is the last working day in January each year. Please note, only fully completed applications will be processed.
