Planning Objections

Object to a Planning Application

Any member of the public has the right  to make an objection to a planning application, under Article 29 of the Planning and Development Act 2001.  Read more about how to make a valid objection.  

Important Points:

When contacting the Planning Department about a planning application, please quote the exact / correct address location and the applicant's name - this information is always specified in the site / newspaper notice.

All objections / submissions are available for public inspection at the Planning Authority's public counter and on the website.
