Notes to the Editor
Dublin City Council runners – notably Noel Carroll- were among the founders of the Business Houses Athletics Association (BHAA) in 1979. Since then BHAA has organised a number of races, both track and cross country, on a corporate basis. The Dublin City marathon continues as a testimony to BHAA.

The race headquarters will be in the Gym Hall, St Paul’s College, Sybil Hill, Raheny adjacent to St Anne’s Park.
