Election of the new Lord Mayor of Dublin will take place this evening at City Hall at 6.45 p.m. in City Hall, Cork Hill, Dame Street.

Out going Lord Mayor Eibhlin Byrne will chair the meeting and hand over the Chain of Office to the newly elected Lord Mayor.
Deputy Lord Mayor will receive the Deputy Lord Mayor’s Chain following his/her election.
Both should be available for interview after the meeting between 8.00 p.m. and 8.15 p.m.
