PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000-2006 (SECTION 13)
NOTICE OF PROPOSED DRAFT VARIATION OF THE DUBLIN CITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2005-2011 (VARIATION NO. 24)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2006 that Dublin City Council, being the Planning Authority for Dublin City, has prepared the proposed Draft Variation of the Dublin City Development Plan 2005-2011 in respect of the following:
- It is proposed to vary the Dublin City Development Plan to show the route of the proposed re-alignment of the R107 Malahide Road and to indicate the full extent of a proposed new road south and parallel to the Mayne River on the Development Plan Maps.
- The purpose of the proposed variation is to provide for new road infrastructure to facilitate the implementation of the key objectives of the North Fringe Area Action Plan, 2000.
A copy of the proposed Draft Variation will be available for inspection at the Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between the hours of 09.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. from Thursday, 10th January, 2008 to Wednesday 6th February, 2008 (both dates inclusive). Details are also available on the City Council’s website at www.dublincity.ie.
For convenience a non-statutory public display of the Draft Variation will also be held at the North Central Area Office, Northside Civic Centre, Bunratty Road, Coolock, Dublin 17 between the hours of 9.15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Written submissions or observations in relation to the proposed Draft Variation made to the Planning Authority within the above said period will be taken into consideration before the making of a decision on the Draft Variation. Such submissions or observations should be addressed to:
