The Environment & Engineering Strategic Policy Committee has prepared a Draft Climate Change Strategy for Dublin City and the City Council has approved a public consultation process that will enable interested bodies and individuals to have an input into the final strategy document.

A copy of the document is also available during normal opening hours at the following locations:
- Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8
- All Public Libraries in the Dublin City Council area
- Dublin City Council Area Offices
Submissions
Submissions on the draft strategy should be made by 4pm on Friday 22ndFebruary 2008 in either of the following manners:
- by e-mail to engineering@dublincity.ie
- by post to the Executive Manager, Environment & Engineering Department, Floor 4, Block 1, Civic Offices, Dublin 8 and clearly marked “Submission on Draft Climate Change Strategy”
Open Day
As part of the consultation process, an Open Day for all interested bodies and individuals who wish to make oral representations on the draft strategy will be held in the Gresham Hotel, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 on Monday 4thFebruary 2008, 10am - 1pm and 3pm - 8pm.
All submissions/representations will be considered by the Strategic Policy Committee and the City Council before the final Climate Change Strategy for Dublin City is adopted.
