Dublin City Council aims to animate the public domain by encouraging and introducing more events and activities for all ages in city centre public spaces. Anyone who plans to hold an event in a public space under the jurisdiction of Dublin City Council should make contact  with the Events Unit as early as possible.  Consultation with the Events Unit should take place for events taking place in private grounds or in other authority areas that will impact on the city e.g. through increased traffic/ crowds or litter. 

St. Patrick’s Festival 12th – 17th March 2010
