Issue no. 16 of Fiction Matters, the newsletter of the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, is now available to download from the Award website. 

This issue contains the complete list of eligible titles for the 2010 Award, with information provided about each book and the author. Also included are biographical details of members of the judging panel; a complete list of the libraries who participated in the nomination process, and photographs and snippets from the announcement and presentation of the winner of the previous year. Libraries who nominated the winner for the previous year are also featured.
