Eaton Square is located in Terenure and is about 0.4 hectares in size. This small park was in private ownership until the mid 1970's when it was acquired by the Corporation for development as a public park.
The current layout dates from 197 and while simple in concept, was mainly designed to provide a complementary setting for the surrounding houses. Recent upgrading of the park has included restoration of thr railings in 2007.
