Class Definitions
Spin: Special stationary bike which stimulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors!
Cardio Combat: A non contact kick boxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Total body workout, this class will make you sweat!
Body Sculpt: Classes will include a warm segment, muscle specific exercises, abdominal work and stretching.
Aqua Fit: This is a complete fitness workout for swimmers and non-swimmers exercising to music in the shallow end of the pool.
GF Box: An exciting fusion of boxing and circuit style cardio fitness. GF Box ensures a diverse aerobic work out which also enhances hand to eye coordination, footwork, balance and timing.
Kettle Bells: Kettle Bell training brings cardio and strength training together and is considered the number one tool for conditioning and toning.
Teen Circuits: A combination of body weight resistance and cardio training for young people aged 13 to 17 years.
