About this event:

Although dragons are usually associated with Asia, these mythical creatures can be found in fairy tales and folklore all over the world, including Celtic Ireland. To celebrate the Chinese New Year 2012, the Year of the Dragon, join us in Dublin City Public Libraries to explore dragon myths from China and Ireland. Ard Drui Con Connor will be telling thrilling tales about Celtic dragons and heroes and Sifu Nicholas Costello will be showing us how to perform basic Chinese Dragon and Lion Dance steps.
