Phibsboro' Library is a small branch library serving the north city suburb of Phibsboro situated about 2 miles from the city centre. Read about the history of the building.

This location is wheelchair accessible, has a range of assistive technology and an induction loop system.Library Access

An induction loop system for use with hearing aids is available in this location. Assistive technology for people with visual impairment, reading difficulties and for people whose first language is not English is also available.



There is pay and display parking available at the back of the Library. There is a small laneway beside the Library which leads to the parking area. The pay and display machine operates Monday to Sunday from 0700 – 24.00. It costs €1.60 per hour and the maximum stay is 3 hours. There are also some neighbouring streets in the vicinity that offer free parking at weekends.
