The mobile libraries provide a home delivery service to individuals and a block loan service to institutions throughout the Dublin city area. These include institutions such as créches, sheltered accomodation for the elderly, isolated individuals in the community, and those with a visual impairment or other disabilities. This type of loan is tailored to individual requirements in terms of number of items, length of loan period and type of material provided (talking books, large print books, paperbacks etc.).
