The Embankment Road QBC - Between Belgard Road and Cookstown Road

The Quality Bus Network Project Office in partnership with South Dublin County Council prepared a preliminary design to introduce bus lanes as part of the Embankment Road Extension Scheme (Belgard Road to Outer Ring Road Phase 3) designed by South Dublin County Council. These bus lanes run between Belgard Road and Cookstown Way. The scheme will provide the maximum bus priority along the route and involve revising the road markings of the current scheme to accommodate a bus lane.
