Draft Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment (PFRA) Public Consultation Process

As part of the national Catchment Flood Risk Assessment & Management (CFRAM) programme and in accordance with the EU Floods Directive, the Office of Public Works (OPW) has prepared a draft Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment (PFRA).

The draft Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment (PFRA) has now been made available for public consultation in Dublin City Council, Main Entrance, Wood Quay, Dublin 8.

The consultation period is from Wednesday 31st August 2011 to Friday 7th October 2011 and the documentation is available for inspection during normal opening hours.

Observations in regard to the draft PRFA may be sent to the Commissioners of Public Works no later than 1st November 2011, by post, to: Mr. P. McAlinney,
PFRA Consultation, OPW, 17-19 Hatch Street, Dublin 2.
