The South Inner City Area Office serves the neighbourhoods of the historic Liberties and Coombe, the Tenters, Dolphin's Barn and Rialto and delivers a range of Dublin City Council services while providing a local contact point for residents, community groups and the local business community.
The South Inner City Office co-ordinates and deals with a range of Dublin City Council issues such as:
- Housing & Community services
- Waste Management queries
- Recreation amenities
- Local Liberties / Coombe Integrated Area Plan
- Various Projects and Framework Plans planned or ongoing in the area.

The Digital Hub is an Irish government initiative to create an international digital enterprise area in Dublin. The Digital Hub will make a major contribution to the development of digital commerce in Ireland, as well as making a very significant contribution to the regeneration of the historic Liberties area of Dublin. Dublin City Council, as an active partner in the Digital Hub Project, is fully committed to the success of the Digital Hub.
Project Estate Offices in the South Inner City
In addition to the local area office, there are seven Project Estate Offices in the South Inner City. These offices deal with housing maintenance, anti-social and various issues and provide a more localised service for tenants.
