The Lord Mayor welcomed guests. The Chair opened the workshop with introduction to the panel members and set the context for the discussion. Key questions such as how we can improve the Dublin Brand, what areas should we be focusing on to improve the quality of our education provision, how can it be made easier for students moving to Dublin, how can we be more welcoming, are we meeting the expectations of the students living here, were among the issues discussed by the panel with audience participation invited at key points throughout the discussion.
The outcome of the workshop informs the work of the Commission.
