Customer Services Centre

The Customer Services Centre is the first point of contact most people will have with Dublin City Council. Our aim is to provide a high-quality, efficient and courteous level of service to all of our customers. Dublin City Council welcomes all feedback. The Customer Services Centre operates a Call Centre and a One Stop Shop.

Call Centre

Opening Hours: 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday

The call centre is the first point of contact for customers. We aim to:

  • Answer frequently asked questions about Dublin City Council services
  • Post out application forms
  • Take payments over the telephone for various Dublin City Council services

One Stop Shop

Opening Hours: 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday

where we:

  • provide general information
  • issues application forms
  • issue Parking Permits
  • accept payments for bills (cash, cheques, laser and credit cards)

Office of the Ombudsman

If you feel like you've been unfairly treated or are not satisfied with our decision on your complaint, it is open to you to contact the Office of the Ombudsman. By law the Ombudsman can investigate complaints about any of our administrative actions or procedures as well as delays or inaction in your dealings with us. The Ombudsman provides an impartial, independent and free dispute resolution service.
