Memorial Court
Memorial Court is one of the largest older persons developments undertaken by Dublin City Council to date.
There are 66 units (55 no. 1 bedroom units and 11 no. 2 bedrooms). Almost all of the units have dual aspects to take advantage of the views of Memorial Park. All are fitted out to the highest standard to equal any private development.
This development was constructed at a cost of €13 million and took two years to complete. This scheme was specially designed for older persons by Dublin City Councils Architects Division and constructed to the highest standard by Bennet Construction Ltd. |
