Using this service, you will be able to report issues to us like abandoned vehicles, graffiti, illegal dumping, request an application form and much more.

Proceed to Create a Service Request

How it Works

On the following page, you will see a list of Service Requests types. Simply click on the one that applies.

There are three steps to complete:

  • Step One: Identify Problem – Type a summary of your request. Then type the name of the nearest street into the box. As you type, a list of matching streets will appear. Select the correct one from the list and click Next
  • Step Two: Problem Details – Enter details of the request and click Next  *
  • Step Three: Review – If you need to change anything, click Previous to return to the previous screen. Once you are happy, click Submit.

*Please note that failure to provide your name and contact details may result in your service request not being dealt with.

How do I keep track of my request?
