Ballymun 4 business presents Xpose Your Business

“Meet local businesses, make new connections and hear from the major players on their pending arrival in Ballymun”

Ballymun 4 business (B4b) is hosting a business exhibition and networking event on Wednesday 8th October at 5.30 p.m in Ballymun Civic Centre, Dublin 11.

Ballymun is embarking on a new phase of regeneration.  This event will showcase emerging and long-standing businesses in Ballymun as well the latest news on the arrival of Decathlon Ireland, Lidl Ireland and Metrolink to Ballymun.  The expo will reflect the positive future Ballymun has to look forward to.

The Lord Mayor of Dublin Paul McAuliffe will officially open the event.  The Lord Mayor stated “I am delighted to open the Xpose Your Business event.  The investment from significant players such as Decathlon and Lidl is a great endorsement for the area. I was at the official sod-turning on the Decathlon site in September and I hope it’s just the start of many more to come”  

B4b Chairman Robert Murphy explains, “The expo is about showcasing the exciting new and established businesses in Ballymun as well sharing updates on the arrival of multinationals such Decathlon and Lidl. The event is open to anybody running a business to come along network, make new connections and hear about plans for the future”

Liam Barry, Economic Development Officer, Dublin City Council says “DCC will be bringing along its procurement team so that attendees can find out how to position themselves for DCC contracts.  The investment from Decathlon, Lidl, AIG and the pending arrival of Metrolink is a major fillip for the area creating lots of job”
