Design Strategy a must for todays Entrepreneur-Deadline approaching for free workshop

#design4growth

Dublin City Local Enterprise Office (LEO) is offering 50 lucky businesses the opportunity to attend an introductory workshop aimed at providing an understanding of the importance of design strategy in business development.

Fifteen of these companies will progress to work with members of a team of Design Strategists, who will mentor them in developing a design strategy specifically tailored to improve their company. Five companies will then have the opportunity for continued mentoring and a design voucher of €2,500 to implement the proposals.

The Design4Growth pilot scheme was launched in September, 2015 and with the closing date for applications fast approaching now is the time for companies to register their interest and take part in the workshop.

Greg Swift, Head of the Dublin City LEO said ‘This is an opportunity for all entrepreneurs to engage with design strategy as a means of promoting their business. There are huge potential benefits in the scheme which are sure to give start-ups/businesses a competitive edge. We encourage businesses to register their interest today and not to miss the chance to take their business to the next level.”

Registration can be made at  http://bit.ly/D4Gworkshops . Initial briefing workshop takes place on 26th January, 2016.

This pilot scheme is being delivered by Dublin City Local Enterprise Office (Dublin City LEO) on behalf of the four Dublin LEO offices and is being funded by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation  through Irish Design 2015.
