James Wilson will present this talk. James is a research analyst with Mintel and writes in the retail, leisure and food and drink sectors for Mintel’s Irish series of reports. His specialist areas include all things technology with a focus on how social media is influencing consumer shopping habits, tourism and the foodservice industry across Ireland. He has featured in radio interviews, including BBC Radio Ulster, thought pieces with the Marketing Institute of Ireland and national publications such as The Times.
