Fright Night kicks off Finglas Safety Week Events

Finglas Fright Night will take place on Monday 31st October in the Finglas Civic Centre from 5.30 to 9pm. The Fright Night kicks off the Finglas Community Safety Week Initiative which runs from Monday 31st October to Sunday 6th November.

The Fright Night promises to be a fun filled, energy packed evening and will include a best zombie competition, skull pitching, life size bowls games, a puppet show, face painting and many more surprises. The night will conclude with a huge fireworks display at 8pm.

The Finglas Community Safety Week will cater for all age groups and will touch on important issues such as Fire, Home and Personal Safety and Crime Prevention while also running light and entertaining events such as soccer skills sessions, treasure hunts and an activity bonanza.

A Finglas Sports Initiative providing free access to all the amenities of the leisure  including sample sessions of Aqua aerobics, spinning, Boot camp, Boxing and aerobics.  Football and rugby sessions available on outdoor pitches.

Finglas Memories – A talk on your area by Finglas Historical Society
