Whether it’s the increasingly fast pace of live, our growing inability to switch off or the impact of social media on our mental health, more and more people are being affected by rising anxiety levels.
This workshop looks at identifying triggers, how to manage our thought processes and how to thrive at life whilst working through anxiety.
