Join the "musicmakers & dreamers of dreams" Mairéad O'Donnell ( Fiddle & Vocals) and Maeve McCann (Uilleann pipes, whistles & bodhran) for an hour of traditional music and song to include barndances, mazurkas, airs etc

Maeve is a multi-instrumentalist from Co. Fermanagh (whistle, uilleann pipes, bodhrán) and has played music from an early age. She's won Ulster and All Ireland Fleadh titles across a range of instruments and has been the recipient of several scholarships for uilleann piping. She is also a tune-smith/composer and was centrally involved in a project to publish new Irish music at Trinity college Dublin. 

For Mairead O'Donnell traditional Irish music and song has been a mainstay in her life from a young age. Over the years, she has performed at various venues, festivals, fleadhs, Libraries, museums, corporate events etc bringing her wholehearted interpretation of songs and tunes to diverse audiences at home and abroad. Her interest in Irish music and folk music in general keeps growing. Musical highlights include – performing at a sold out tribute concert for Barney McKenna of The Dubliner’s fame (RIP) @ Dublin City Hall, Temple Bar Tradfest with a band called “The Rolling Waves” and performing at Dublin Castle at a commemoration service for Hannah Sheehy Skeffington which was attended by the President of Ireland – Michael D. Higgins & Micheline Sheehy Skeffington.
