Chair Yoga and Meditation

Ballyfermot Library, Friday 24 January to 28 February at 10.30am

This six-week series is an introduction to yoga and is suitable for all ages and abilities. It will comprise of gentle breath work, safe seated and standing poses and stretches, and some meditation techniques to promote peace of mind. Part of Healthy Ireland at Your Library programme.

Admission free. Booking required. Participants are asked to commit to attending all sessions.
