Healthy eating doesn’t have to be about dieting and sacrifice. Rather, it should be all about enjoying fresh, tasty food, with wholesome ingredients. When looking to lose weight, people often resort to fad-diets and quick-fixes and unnecessary restrictions, which ultimately are not sustainable.

Registered dietitian Carisa Sheridan will discuss how to lose weight healthily and safely by making small changes to your diet and lifestyle. This talk will educate on food labelling, correct portion sizes, and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship with food in the process, enabling you to make long-term, sustainable changes for your health.
