Speaking Words in Pearse Street Library
Wednesday 19 April at 6pm in Pearse Street Library
Songwriter and poet Martin Hansard will read and perform songs from his debut book titled ‘IFIKA YOUIKA (The journey through the eye of a songster)’.
Pearse Street Library's Speaking Words series, where writers read from their work, poetry, prose and the occasional short play, takes place on a Wednesday evening once a month. The readings include musical interludes and are often accompanied by imagery from the visual arts. Light refreshments always included.
Admission free, all welcome. No booking necessary. Refreshments and chat from 6pm.
