  • CIRCUT TRAINING: Circuit training is short bursts of resistance exercise using moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group.
  • BUMS & TUMS: A series of resistance and strengthening exercises targeting the bum and tummy areas specifically.
  • SPINNING: Special stationary bike which stimulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors!
  • SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX): Resistance training using a specially designed frame, strap and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability.
  • PILATES: A system of movement and physical fitness developed by Joseph Pilates. It improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing strength and improving coordination and balance.
  • BODY SCULPT: A non-aerobic, muscle-toning class usually focused on core strength.
  • KETTLE BELLS: Kettle Bell training brings cardio and strength training together and is considered the number one tool for conditioning and toning.
  • GROUP BOX - A fun and energetic class with a unique variety of cardio exercises
