Sports and Fitness Finglas provides a wide range of fitness classes for all levels.  You can pay as you go for lunch and evening classes.

  • SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX): Resistance training using a specially designed frame, strap and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability.
  • KETTLE BELLS: Kettle Bell training brings cardio and strength training together and is considered the number one tool for conditioning and toning.
  • SPINNING: Special stationary bike which stimulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors!
  • AGE-ILITY: Mobility based studio class for the older adult.
  • BODY TONE: Cardio, core & weight bearing exercises directly aimed at toning and defining the body.
  • SPIN & PUMP: High energy, low impact group class on static bikes. A great class for weight loss.
  • BOOT CAMP: Military style group training. Similar to a circuit class but tougher and generally using compound exercises.
  • PILATE FIT: Dynamic conditioning for your body. This class targets your inner core muscles.
