DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000-2006 (SECTION 13)
NOTICE OF PROPOSED DRAFT VARIATION OF
THE DUBLIN CITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2005-2011

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2006 that Dublin City Council, being the Planning Authority for Dublin City, has prepared two proposed Draft Variations of the Dublin City Development Plan 2005-2011 in respect of the following:

(VARIATION NO. 37)

Designating Chapelizod as an Architectural Conservation Area.

A copy of the proposed Draft Variation will be available for inspection at the Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. from Thursday, 11th June 2009, to Wednesday, 8th July 2009, (both dates inclusive).

For convenience a non-statutory public display of the Draft Variation will also be held at :

Kilmainham Area Office, 639 South Circular Road, Dublin 8, during normal opening hours from Thursday 11th June 2009 to Wednesday 8th July 2009 inclusive.

The Bandroom, Maiden Row, Chapelizod on Monday June 22nd between 4pm - 7pm


(VARIATION NO. 38)

Designating Thomas Street and Environs as an Architectural Conservation Area.

A copy of the proposed Draft Variation will be available for inspection at the Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. from Thursday, 11th June 2009, to Wednesday, 8th July 2009, (both dates inclusive).

Written submissions or observations in relation to the proposed Draft Variation made to the Planning Authority within the above said period will be taken into consideration before the making of a decision on the Draft Variation. Such submissions or observations should be addressed to:
