Dublin City Council in conjunction with the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht are inviting applications for the ‘Structures at Risk Fund’ for 2018. This will be administered by the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council. Only structures in immediate danger of significant deterioration will qualify for consideration for funding by the Department. Please note that due to the limited capital resources available for the operation of the SRF, the Department will consider no more than four applications per Local Authority.  The minimum level of funding awarded will be €15,000 up to a maximum of €30,000.

  • Structures must be included in the Record of Protected Structures or
  • Proposed Protected Structures or
  • Structures within Architectural Conservation Areas, where exceptional circumstances are deemed by the Department to apply.

Applications should be made directly to the Conservation Section of Dublin City Council. The deadline for submission of completed applications is 4pm on Wednesday 24th January 2018.
