Arising from the Order of Mr Justice Binchy of the High Court on the 14 December 2017, Dublin City Council is undertaking a public consultation in relation to the change of use and the refurbishment of the former Parish Centre, 12-14 Carman’s Hall, Dublin 8 for the provision of homeless accommodation.

Having note of Policy QH30 and Section 16.12 above, written submissions or observations are invited from the public and should be made to the Planning Authority between Monday 22nd January 2018 to Monday 5th March 2018 (both dates inclusive).

Submissions or observations made will be taken into consideration by the Planning Authority during the preparation of a planning report and recommendations for the Assistant Chief Executive to consider and decide upon.


Such submissions or observations should be addressed to Avril Feeney, Planning & Property Development Department, Dublin City Council, Block 4, Floor 3, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 or should be placed in the “Comments Box” provided in the Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 from Monday 22nd January 2018 to Monday 5th March 2018 inclusive.
