City Council and BirdWatchIreland Needs Your Help to Look for SWIFTS in the City

We are looking for your sightings of Swifts to help us identify and protect their breeding colonies in Dublin city!
As part of the Dublin City Council and BirdWatchIreland Urban Birds Project 2014, we invite you to submit your sightings of SWIFT in the city.  OR you can conduct a walking surveys of a 1 Km Sq area on a date between mid June and mid July and submit more detailed observations .  
We want to be able to assess the status of the city’s Swift population and their nesting sites so that we can manage their conservation. Their numbers are presently in decline.
