Ballyfermot Sports & Fitness provides a wide range of fitness classes for all levels including the world renowned Les Mills classes and we have now added kettlebells, Rip 60 Suspension, pilates  and  MMA fitness to the timetable.

  • Combat: An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
  • Spin: Special stationary bike which stimulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors!
  • Aqua Fit: This is a complete fitness workout for swimmers and non-swimmers exercising to music in the shallow end of the pool.
  • TRX: Resistance training using a specially designed frame, strap and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability.
  • Strength & Conditioning: A type of physical exercise specialising in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of muscles.
  • Yogalates: An exciting combination of yoga and Pilates principals that provide a workout for your mind and body.
  • Kettle bells: Kettle Bell training brings cardio and strength training together and is considered the number one tool for conditioning and toning.
  • MMA Fitness: exciting fusion of Mix Martial Arts and cardio fitness. It is a diverse aerobic workout which also enhances hand to eye coordination, footwork and balance.
  • Chair Aerobics: A safe, effective, low impact workout good for all fitness levels.
  • BLT: A series of resistance and strengthening exercises targeting the bum, legs and tummy areas specifically
  • Step:  Aerobic exercise that is unique in comparison to other forms of aerobics. This uniqueness primarily comes from your usage of the elevated platform that accounts for the "step" in step aerobics
  • Sculpt & Tone: A non-aerobic, muscle-toning class usually focused on core strength.
  • Body Pump: For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
  • Teen Weights: An introduction to safe and effective weight training for young people aged 13+
