Sports and Fitness Markievicz provides a wide range of fitness classes for all levels. Classes are included in all our membership options or you can pay as you go for lunch and evening classes. Classes go on sale at 0700 on the day, just pop in and book your class.

Class Definitions

MMA Fitness: exciting fusion of Mix Martial Arts and cardio fitness. It is a diverse aerobic work out which also enhances hand to eye coordination, footwork and balance.

Spin: Special stationary bike which stimulates all the experiences of outdoor cycling indoors!

Aqua Fit: This is a complete fitness workout for swimmers and non-swimmers exercising to music in the shallow end of the pool.

Kettle Bells: Kettle Bell training brings cardio and strength training together and is considered the number one tool for conditioning and toning.

TRX: Resistance training using a specially designed frame, strap and your body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability.

Fat Burner: A class of an intense muscular workout which will target every individual muscle group. Ideal for toning, shaping, losing inches and sculpting your body. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT- Core: A combination of high intensity interval training with a specific emphasis on your core using body weights drills and other gym equipment for a great workout
