St. Stephen's Green Traffic Management Scheme

In early September Dublin City Council announced a new traffic scheme that will make travelling in the St. Stephen’s Green area easier and result in less disruption when the utility works for Luas Cross City begin in 2014. The council began work on the St. Stephen’s Green Traffic Management Scheme on 9th September and is happy to announce that the first of two new right turns at St. Stephen’s Green will came into effect on 21st November. This right hand turn will be from St. Stephen’s Green South to St. Stephen’s Green West to facilitate access to Carparks in the area, particularly at York – Mercer’s Street junction.
