Local Elections 2014

Local Elections were held on the 23rd May 2014 to elect 63 Members representing 9 Local Electoral Areas on Dublin City Council. The new Council took office on the 1st June and held its first meeting on the 6th June, the Annual Meeting. The Lord Mayor and Deputy Lord Mayor were elected at this meeting. They are Lord Mayor Christy Burke and Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor Larry O'Toole.
