WASTE MANAGEMENT (SEGREGATION, STORAGE AND PRESENTATION OF HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL WASTE) BYE LAWS 2018

Pursuant to Section 35 of the Waste Management Act 1996 and the powers conferred on it by Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, Dublin City Council, at its monthly meeting on 7th January 2019, adopted Bye-Laws which will regulate the presentation of household and commercial waste for collection by authorised waste collectors within its functional area.

The Bye-Laws, which come into effect on 1st May 2019, will be available for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of Dublin City Council, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 from which a copy may also be obtained free of charge. They are also available on the Council’s website here
