Introduce some health benefits to your life! Join Aoibheann for a weekly Age Friendly Chair Yoga session Mondays from 2.15-3.00pm. Sessions are free, start Monday 25th September 2.15pm in Ballymun Library and run for 8 weeks.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga using a chair for supporting fully seated or partially seated positions. It can help keep joints moving, improve flexibility and balance, and develop muscle strength. Chair yoga also helps reduce stress while boosting your mood.
