St Patrick's Day Arrangements

Dublin City Libraries will be closed from Friday 17 to Saturday 18 March inclusive. Happy St Patrick's Day! 

Libraries will reopen on Monday, 20 March 2023. 

Don't forget about My Open Library.

MOL is an unstaffed, self-service library, available at Pembroke Library and Raheny Library every day of the year! During My Open Library Hours you can borrow and return items, print, photocopy, use the Internet, access Free Wifi and use our study space. Available from 8am - 10pm 7 days a week at Pembroke Library and Raheny Library. Please note: you must register for My Open Library in advance. 

Online Access 24/7

While our libraries may be closed, you can continue to borrow eBooks, eAudiobooks, digital magazines, newspapers and comics and avail of our online learning resources at any time, anywhere. Details of how to access all these services can be found on our eResources page.

Please note: you need to have up-to-date library membership and a PIN to access eResources. How to renew your membership online.

If you experience issues accessing our online services, we hope you will find the answer to your question on our support portal: Libraries Ireland Support.

Online Renewals

You can renew your loans online if they are not required by another member of the library. If you have forgotten your Personal Identification Number, you can reset it online.  Please don't worry though, as there are no fines on overdue items.
