Bogus Phone Call Warning

We have received reports that persons representing themselves as agents of ‘Dublin City Economic Development Office’ have been calling businesses in Dublin. If you are contacted by a person who you believe falls into this category it is advisable that you should exercise caution before dealing with them and do not disclose information about your business. If you are in doubt please contact the Economic Development Office of Dublin City Council directly by phone on 01 222 5611 / 01 222 5613 to confirm that you are dealing with one of our staff.

It does this by;

  • co-ordinating the delivery of the Economic Action Plan for the Dublin City Region,
  • providing the secretariat and project support to the Creative Dublin Alliance,
  • co-ordinating the annual Innovation Dublin festival,
  • as well as the operation of the Business Support Unit.
