City Hall in Dublin is set to host an exciting lineup of events during Heritage Week from August 19th to 23rd, 2024. Some events require registration.

Monday, August 19th

  • 10:00 - 11:00 AM - Tara Doyle Talk - Book Here (You will be redirected to third party website)
    Tara Doyle, a senior librarian at Dublin City Libraries, will introduce attendees to the rich collections available at the Dublin City Library and Archive.
  • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Las Fallon Talk - Book Here (You will be redirected to third party website)
    Las Fallon, a retired firefighter and historian, will discuss the Great Liberties Whisky Fire of 1875, sharing insights from his extensive research and publications on Irish fire service history.

    Experience a special lunchtime recital featuring newly commissioned music inspired by the archives of Conradh na Gaeilge.
