Hundreds of teenagers spooked in sold-out haunted Mansion House experience

A Paranormal Investigation (PG-13+) & Family Friendly Pumpkin Patch, a brand-new event created for Halloween and hosted at Dublin’s historic Mansion House has sold-out with almost 1,000 people due to attend over the four days.
The Lord Mayor of Dublin, James Geoghegan, who initiated this first of its kind event says he hopes this is a tradition that is followed next year.
“I think what we have shown is that there is huge demand for events that are focused towards teenagers and we need to provide more positive reasons for young people to enjoy Dublin City Centre. This evening alone, over 200 teenagers will venture through the eerie rooms and haunted halls, delving into the supernatural hair-raising special effects, and chilling ghost stories from Dublin's past as part of the theatrical scare-experience.”
Tickets to the event, taking place over four consecutive days, are now fully sold out and priced at €5 with a charitable donation being made to Barnardo’s Children’s Charity. To date, over €1,500 has been raised by this new event.
As part of Dublin’s ongoing commitment to becoming the first neurodiverse capital city in the world, relaxed performances have also been scheduled for the experience.
A Paranormal Investigation is taking place daily starting again tonight from 4pm – 9pm and again on Friday and Saturday.
