Abandoned Vehicles and Bicycles
To report a vehicle or a bicycle that you suspect has been abandoned please use the links below.
The make and model and registration (if available) of the vehicle should be submitted, along with its exact location.
All reports are investigated and photographs of the vehicles taken. Registered owners are then contacted to ascertain whether or not the vehicle has been abandoned.
Please note that if a vehicle is taxed and/or insured it is not deemed to be abandoned.

Abandoned bicycles are defined as bicycles that can be identified by their poor condition (Flat tyres, missing parts, buckled or missing wheels etc.) or have been unused for a long period of time.
The make/model, colour and any distinguishing features of the bicycle should be submitted where possible, along with an exact location.
Reports are investigated before a bicycle is deemed abandoned and a tag placed to confirm abandonment and give notice that the bicycle may be removed.
