Local Enhancement Programme 2025

The Department of Rural and Community Development (DRCD), through the Dublin City Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) and Dublin City Council, is funding a Local Enhancement Programme (LEP). The aim of the LEP is to support non-profit, community-based and/ or voluntary sector organisations or groups based in Ireland who are seeking support with meeting capital costs and operating/ running costs, not including salary.

Applications to the Dublin City LEP should also demonstrate how their proposal will contribute to Goal 4 of the Dublin City Local Economic and Community Plan 2024 - 2029:

'Foster and nourish the City's communities to become more sustainable, thriving, safe, caring, welcoming and inclusive'

A total of EUR 675,260 is available under this round of the Dublin City LEP. (DRCD's allocation of EUR 656,750 plus funding of EUR 18,510 carried forward from previous rounds of funding).

  • The total amount of funding available for capital costs under the LEP 2025 is EUR 575,590
  • The total amount of funding available for operating/ running costs under the LEP 2025 is EUR 99,670

The Dublin City LCDC is now inviting applications from eligible organisations and groups.

Applicants are required to register with Dublin City Council’s Citizen Hub in order to submit an application. Before commencing the online application process, applicants will be required to complete an eligibility checklist.

Once you have entered your email address for correspondence, you will have the ability to save the form at any point while completing the application form. When you save the form, an email will be sent explaining how to continue your application through the Citizen Hub platform.
