Through the Work Matters national library initiative, Dublin City Libraries provides business and employment support

Do you have a business idea but don’t know where to start? Do you have a business you want to grow?
Are you looking for a job or itching to change career but lack direction? If this is you, your local library can help.
The Work Matters service at your library is a perfect place to explore, research and learn new skills.
There is free access to WiFi, and all library branches have public PCs that can be booked. Several branches have laptops and tablets that can be borrowed to use in the library. All branches have printing, scanning and copying facilities.
Library membership is free and gives you access to books, magazines, ebooks/magazines, and hundreds of online learning courses. See a full list of eResources.
Library staff have compiled lists of useful employment and business related resources as well as recommended reading lists to get you started. You'll find these on our Library blog.
As part of Work Matters at the library, we regularly host business and employment events.
